Born 8/19/43 I have been married 37 years to my wife Cynthia. We have three children; Rhett, Amy and Ashley. I am a Christian and have been active in Prison Ministries.

Military

Active Duty in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1970. Basic, A.I.T. and Infantry O.C.S. First Lieutenant; One year in Republic of South Vietnam; Honorable Discharge.

Legal Experience

I started my law practice in 1984. I began working in the areas of Criminal Defense and later into Commercial and Bankruptcy Law. I am Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (1992 and again in 1997).

I am a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. In addition to being licensed to practice before all Texas Courts, I am a member of the Federal Bars for:
